We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK with registration number Z3034327.  We are an employment agency and hold personal information for the purpose of finding employment for people, and for the administration and payment of people who work for us.

 We hold the following types of data: –

• CVs

• Contact details

• Email correspondence

• Call notes

• Copies of passports

• Copies of certificates, references and work history

• Bank details

• Emergency contact details

• Social security and tax information

All personal information is held within our systems, which are secure, password protected and can only be accessed by Lodahl Aero staff.

We only send your details to a client if you specifically agree for us to share your information with that client.
